CHICKEN ROLL

            


Ingredients :

. Flour - 4 cup
. Instant yeast - 1 1/4 tsp
. Milk powder 1 1/2 tbsp
. Oil - 5 tbsp
. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
. Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
. Egg - 1( beat with a fork )
. Salt- 1 tsp
. Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
. Warm milk

Method: 


1. Sieve the flour 2 times. Add oil, butter, milk powder, sugar, yeast , salt and egg.

2. Mix well with your hands. Now start kneading with lightly warm milk and make a smooth dough.

3. Knead well for 8 to 10 minutes. Finally add some drops of oil and covers the dough all over.

4. Cover in a greased bowl and set aside for 1 hour or until it double in size.

5. Once risen punch down the dough and again knead.

6. Take small portion of dough and shape into a ball n roll out into a rectangle shape with 1/2 inch thickness.

7. Spread the filling all over the dough.




8. Then roll gently from the longer side of the rectangle.
9. Cut it into small pieces very carefully.


10. take a baking pan and grease with some butter or oil. Place them close to each other on the baking dish.

11. Let the dough sit for 1/2 hour.

12. Brush some egg wash on top. And sprinkle some sesame seeds.

13. Preheat the oven at 180 degree.

14. Bake till golden on top.

15. Keep them covered under a kitchen towel about 10 minutes for soften.

16. Separate one by one firmly.
