2. Milk maid tin put in pressure cooker with 2 litre water.
3. close the pressure cooker and cook in high flame with cooker weight.
4. After first whistle, reduce the flame to very low and cook for 30 minutes.The time depending on how thick you want. Cool down to room temperature.
5. First time i cooked for 40 minutes. So it came out so dark.
6. Store in fridge. Use as sandwitch spread in pudding, ice creams etc.
